The Company provides transportation, warehousing, ODC cargo movement, train cargo, and air cargo services across major cities and regions in India, subject to operational feasibility.
2. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup and delivery schedules are coordinated based on:
- Route availability
- Vehicle availability
- Cargo readiness
- Documentation compliance
- Operational conditions
3. Transit Time
Transit times are estimates only and may vary due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather
- Road infrastructure
- Regulatory checks
- Unforeseen events
The Company does not guarantee delivery timelines unless expressly agreed in writing.
4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery shall be completed upon acknowledgment by the consignee or authorized representative at the specified destination or designated delivery point.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the consignee (e.g., absence, refusal, incorrect address), additional charges such as storage, redelivery, or handling fees may apply.

7. Special Cargo
