Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reeya Safe Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”) provides logistics and transportation services that are typically customized based on customer requirements. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.
1. Booking Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of services prior to dispatch of the vehicle or commencement of logistics operations.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels (email or authorized contact person).
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
If cancellation is requested after dispatch of the vehicle or initiation of services, the Company reserves the right to:
- Charge full or partial freight
- Recover operational and administrative costs
- Deduct expenses already incurred
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
- Payment has been received in advance
- Services have not been fully rendered
- Cancellation is accepted by the Company
Refund amounts, if approved, shall be subject to deduction of applicable charges.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds shall generally not be provided where:
- Shipment has already been transported or delivered
- Specialized or project logistics arrangements were made
- Vehicle was arranged exclusively for the customer
- Costs have been incurred by the Company
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days, depending on banking and payment processing timelines.
6. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment or another method deemed appropriate by the Company.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to refunds or cancellations shall be subject to the Company’s Terms & Conditions and the jurisdiction specified therein.
